Our highly trained Customer Consultants speak to thousands of customers every day and help them find individual solutions to repaying their accounts.

We will work with you to find the most appropriate solution for your personal circumstances, with a focus on helping you take positive steps towards financial recovery.

Where we are unable to offer a solution we offer referral to free organisations that will help you with your financial budgeting. If you feel you are unable to repay your account due to personal circumstances we have other solutions to help you.

We place the interests of customers and our clients at the heart of our business. We do this by abiding by the Authorisation & Standards for Credit Servicing Firms 2015. 

As an authorised credit servicing firm Cabot Financial (Ireland) Limited abide by the Central Bank Consumer Protection Code 2012

The requirements set out by the Consumer Protection Code  are supported by robust policies and controls that support customer fair outcomes.
